Silver Jewellery Making Courses  from our floating narrowboat workshop in Worcestershire England

About the Silver Jewellery Boat

We offer silver jewellery making courses on board our 60 ft narrowboat. She’s our floating workshop! Moored at the side of the historic Worcestershire canals near the town of Droitwich, the Silver Jewellery Boat has all the equipment that a workshop needs but also offers facilities to make the experience comfortable, relaxing and unique.

These are some of the things you could make…

Client Testimonials

Don’t take our word for it – here’s what our clients say:

“This is a terrific course. I went with my daughter and we learned how to work with copper wire (so that we could gain confidence with the tools) and then silver wire to make our first ring. This was followed by making a silver band ring. Jonathan is an excellent teacher and host; providing excellent tuition (and lovely cake too!). To make the day even more memorable, the setting is idyllic too.”

Thank you to Jonathan for helping myself and two friends celebrate a birthday! We spent a most enjoyable day learning to bend, mark, cut, file and polish copper and silver. Amongst the chatter, laughter and cake we managed to create unique, personal bangles, and memories to mark a special occasion. This was certainly a Jewel of a find and to be thoroughly recommended.

We spent the day with Jonathan on the boat and loved every minute. We learnt so much and had lots of fun as well.

The setting was beautiful and the drinks and cake were delicious. We all made gorgeous bracelets which Jonathan made sure we were happy with. It was the perfect birthday present!

“Had a truly amazing day in this course. Everything was so calm, hands on and fun. Jonathan, who runs the day, could not do enough to help and make it a lovely experience. I have come away with lots of skills and two fabulous rings!! Thank you”
